SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods and Rates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Free Shipping We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more within the United States.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status.
Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at divasbrastraps@reagan.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
