Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at divasbrastrapsjewels@reagan.com.

Return and Refund Policy

Lingerie & Bra Accessories (No Returns) For hygiene and customer protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Bra straps
• Lingerie items
• Lingerie accessories

All sales of these items are final.

Jewelry (30-Day Returns) Jewelry items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• Items are unworn and in original condition
• Items are received at our facility within two (2) weeks of your return request
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
